I was involved in being beaten up at work by a colleague who committed GBH on me resulting in a bleeding mouth, bruising and two fractured ribs. There were no witnesses and my employer seemingly attempted to get us both sacked regardless. Mr Dale represented me in proceedings and turned round their apparent intentions with careful expertise and analysis. He saw what was happening. He detected many gaping anomalies in my employer's 'case' and exposed these with scalpel-like precision. He calmed me always and was a total professional throughout. He was also very sage about how employers can act in such circumstances and worked in a way that gave them a path of escape before I took things to a fuller legal level. It was clear my employer was more concerned about themsleves than their employees' welfare (as is always the case sadly) and Mr Dale even put forward a grievance on my behalf as to how appallingly I had been treated throughout. This was upheld also. TOP MARKS to Castle Associates and Mark Dale. Better than any 'in-house' union - fact!!
