Rebecca joined Smith Partnership in 2013, completing her training with the firm to qualify as a Solicitor in 2015 within the Employment team. Rebecca advises both employer and employee clients on a wide range of HR and employment matters including disciplinary and grievance procedures, contractual documentation, post-termination restrictions, settlement agreements and TUPE. Rebecca also represents clients in bringing and defending employment tribunal claims.
