Happy New Year to everyone & lets get back to more of the same.  Recent research has revealed that the Scot’s have lost nearly £2 billion in unpaid overtime in just one year.(1) Next we look at what’s on the employment agenda for 2023.(2) Shoosmith’s take a look at the future of technology in the workplace.(3)  Moving onto caselaw we have an important decision which has re-defined the meaning of ‘without prejudice’ conversations for resolving disputes at work.(4)We have further caselaw which relates to unfair dismissal for ‘whistleblowing.’(5) Our last caselaw this week looks once more at the dangers of sacking pregnant employees, quite rightly.(6)Next we have an article looking at pay trends for 2023.(7)
