Continuing where we left off last week, we have the new rates which have recently been published in respect of unfair dismissal awards including basic minimum compensatory levels and additional awards.  Also, details of statutory redundancy rates, and compensation for breach of contract, failure to consult in collective redundancies and TUPE breaches.(1)
